Applications are due by August 15. Applications received after August 15 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis; early application is recommended. Evaluation of applicants will include an admissions interview with the instructor.

To apply, call 503.450.9991 or email SHAP Information for an application packet. Complete the application form, and read and sign the Commitment Agreement. Send your completed forms together with initial tuition payment to the address specified. The instructor will contact you to schedule your admissions interview.
